Become a Homeowner With Habitat for Humanity

Applications for the 2026 Homeownership Program with Habitat for Humanity of Monroe County will open this March.

At Habitat for Humanity of Monroe County, we believe that affordable homeownership can transform lives and create new opportunities. We are committed to partnering with individuals and families in our community to make safe, affordable housing a reality.

Individuals who are interested in becoming a homeowner — or who would like to learn more about our mission, work, and community impact — are invited to attend one of six Homeowner Information Meetings. These free, one-hour sessions provide an overview of the homeownership program and the application process.
