Crew Members

Together, we build leaders on the construction site.

What is a Crew Member

Crew Members are dedicated volunteers who work alongside staff to support volunteer build days and help complete hands-on construction tasks. Crew Members help guide volunteers on site, keep projects moving safely, and make each build day a positive and rewarding experience. They assist with a variety of construction tasks, including framing, siding, painting, trim work, installing cabinets, and more.
