Join us for a special movie night celebration as Habitat for Humanity of Monroe County turns 35! Be part of our inaugural screening of the holiday favorite It’s a Wonderful Life.
Our local nonprofit is inspired by the Bailey Building and Loan’s commitment to its community, especially in the Bailey Park affordable housing community. For 35 years, Habitat for Humanity has partnered with thousands of community volunteers and supporters to construct over 225 homes in Monroe County, providing families with the opportunity to build and purchase energy-efficient homes through affordable loans.
Thanks to your generous support, more than 820 of our neighbors, including 460 children, have embraced the joys of homeownership, enjoying stability, safety, independence, and the creation of generational wealth. Doors open at 6 pm, with brief remarks from the Habitat team at 6:30 pm, followed by the start of the film.
Everyone is welcome to enjoy this family-friendly film and bask in the spirit of the holiday season. Come celebrate with us and your neighbors and be part of our ongoing journey toward affordable housing and stronger communities.
